Rules Book

1. General

1.1 The tournaments take place in gamezer room, of 8 Ball.
1.2 With the registration any player agrees with championship rules, which are published in the GzInternational Forum.
1.3 All Tournament games are played without guide (NO GUIDE). If a player invites you for a tournament game with guide, please reject.
1.4 In case of a bad mouse button contact, the opponent can as a sign of fair play (FAIR PLAY) put back the cue ball to its original position, but in case of taking advantage of this situation putting the ball in a different position the player loose the frame. (IMPORTANT)
1.5 If organizers suspected, discovered, or we are confident that the player or players who are disturbing in the game have something to do with any of the teams involved, the team would be penalized according to the discomfort of his or her friend could have caused.
1.6 The player is free to choose your table and cue.
1.7 The player with biggest rating invite.

2. Championship Account

2.1 Every player is allowed to play in the tournament with one account only.
2.2 Any player of the tournament is allowed to play with his registered tournament ID only.
2.3 The nick name of every participating player must show ASCII characters only.
2.4 The player must play with the flag of his country.
2.5 The player has to play with his registered account until he finishes the championship.
2.6 To hide the flag or the nickname is forbidden and player can't play without showing correct flag and/or without his registered nickname.
2.7 In case of multiple accounts a player should use only his highest account for Championships.

3. Disqualifications or penalties

3.1 When the game starts, all the visitors of the game must be silent.
3.2 If a player raises an objection, the referee must decide what to do.
3.3 The use of guide programs is strictly forbidden. If such an abuse is discovered you will be disqualified immediately.
3.4 Insulting the other player or the referee is strictly forbidden. If this happens the moderator may expel the insulting player from the competition presenting the proofs to the organizers. PrintScreen is important.
3.5 Any player who violates the fair play rules of the Championship, maybe disqualified without any further explanation or discussion from the tournament.
3.6 In case of discovering account sharing in a tournament disqualification obligatory.
3.7 In case of discovering a higher account, the player will be automatically out of championship. (new!)



Snooker

Disconnection

- In case of disconnection, if the player who is winning disconnects, the game should be repeated regardless of the score difference.
- In case of disconnection, if the player who is losing disconnects and the score difference is more than 25 points, the disconnected player loses the game.
- In case of disconnection, if the player who is losing disconnects and the score difference is less than 25 points, the game must be repeated. The score difference will be noticed and added to the next repeated game.
- In the repeated game the start break must not exceed 2 points, the next shot must be defensive without potting the object ball.
- If a player disconnects 3 or more times, he loses the frame.
- If the game is closed because of a timeout, is the same as disconnection.
- In case of clear intentional disconnection the moderator can decide the game as lost for the disconnected player

Snooker Position

- In case of snooker position, the player who has to shot must try to hit the goal ball or play indirectly into the direction of the goal ball.
- If the player does not try to hit the goal ball for 2 times, he immediately loses the frame.
- In case of a bad mouse button contact, the opponent can as a sign of fair play put back the cue ball to its original position, the fair play is optional.


Matches Rules:

1 The match can be played only on the next 36 hours after the beginning of the indicated date (All dates in GMT) (New!)
2 The captain must post the list and hours of the players for the match at least 12 hours before the beginning of the indicated date (All dates in GMT) All hours from players should have a period ( Example: 01:00-03:00 GMT ) not only an specific hour. (New!)
3 Captains will set the time to start the game (Of each couple) and post it at least 6 hours before the beginning of the indicated date (All dates in GMT) (New!)
3.1 If some captain doesn't post at time his matches but his players hours are ready the another captain must set the remaining matches(New!)
4 At the day of the match (In GMT) the captain can only change ONE player in case of emergency
5 If some player doesn't appear to the game, it will be counted as lost (0-4).

If some player doesn't come at time, the countdown will start after 10 minutes of the starting hour. After those 10 minutes each 10 minutes will mean 1 frame :

18:00 Time to start

18:10 Start the countdown

18:20 -> 1-0
18:30 -> 2-0
18:40 -> 3-0
18:50 -> 4-0

6 This tournament will be played in room (Previous agreed by both players )
7 In case of problems, occurring due to different continental time, and no possibility to set a game time, the match date can be changed, by a deal of both players and the new date must be reasonable avoiding to delay the tournament calendar.
8 In case of any other situation not written in this topic, the organizers will decide what proceeds.
